Waiting time for Feb Batch~

From the day I order all Feb Batch items to the day it get all ready to ship out CAN take up from 3 weeks to 5 weeks. Why it take so long? 1. Different time zone; I have to contact them(my suppliers) + Charmaine unnie to let to her know what I ordered so she can help me pay. It can take up to 3-4 days for everything to complete before I send money to Charmaine unnie.
